I wish people would stop perpetuating the lie that your house is your asset. Unless your house is a rental property giving you positive cash flow, it is NOT your asset. It is either the banks asset (mortgage) or the government's asset (property tax). Yes you might make some cash off of selling it, in which case that cash would be in your asset column, but most people's house is a liability.
It would be nice if youtube starts doing something about these bots that show up and try to scam people in the comments.

Buy 2M DOGE when it was 0.025 in September for $5000! Then sell it all when it went over 70 cents= $1.5 million! The incredible opportunity most missed! I was looking right at it on Robinhood at that time, and didn't buy because I thought it was junk! I mean it was a quarter of a penny! Hahaha
