Love your videos Kris. If a home 1200 SQ in 2025 will costs 1.5 M I would not but a house then. That's the prizes right now where I live are that ridiculous (Long Beach CA).

Yes, NOW is the best time to buy a home. After a 20% increase from last year. Last year on the other hand was a horrible time to buy because homes were only 20% cheaper. Yes…uh huh.

so what happens when the baby boomers pass away and all their inventory is released into the market? they make up 20% of the population and hold the majority of wealth and real estate in the country. if wages don't grow as quickly as real estate prices, demand will decline. 20% growth year over year sounds frothy to me.
