Watch the Dream Home Series!
My wife and I want a lot of amenities in a home, that we ended up realizing that the ideal home for us does not exist! What does the normal couple do when they can’t find their dream home? You buy a mountain and build your dream home on it!
In this video, I reveal all of the numbers for this mountain and the numbers I project to spend on the actual build of the house. This mountain is located by MacDonald Highlands and Ascaya. I detail everything in terms of how we found this mountain, why we went with the one that we did, and what we plan to do with it.
This mountain is going to be the land that our forever home is built on, and I couldn’t be more excited. We are going to turn this project into a documentary where we film absolutely everything. If you expand the hidden room you can make it into an elevator or stairs leading to another spot In the house
You should put in a sort of mission command center with flat-screen TVs with an executive chair in the middle in the hidden room. That would be very cool

UNFORTUNATELY…..You mentioned Vegas…….the amount of time that you will get to open those "slides" will be slim to none because of the heat and in the grand scheme of things you could save some money by not having that feature…..take the money you save and invest more into your kids future…….

In the hidden room, you should put a crypto mining rig!
Hide a safe and some home protection units.
You’re a brave dude hosting events and inviting ransoms into your house! From a financial standpoint, you’ll prolly rake it in though!
In the hidden bookcase room I'd put all of my collectors items. I like a lot of different sports but sports collectors items aren't always the best decoration or can look a bit off theme (you want a library room, not a sports memorabilia office). So yeah, I'd make it like a cool collector's room for whatever your hobby is/things you like to collect.
Make a prayer room WAR ROOM
The secret door should lead to a…50 shades of grey room!!
In the private secret room off your office you could have private barber named Vince or Charles ( yes, they have to have either of those names) who just Chills there all day. You knock 4 times and he says “Lord Ryan, have a seat” and there’s a throne in there with food and drinks as he cuts your hard part with the finest razors.
Inside of the book case, put a small whiskey lounge.. an extra place to enjoy a nice drink in peace

you can make the hidden room a little cozy room with beanbags for the kids to read in basically an extension of the library
In your secret room, behind the secret door of your office-library, you could make an emergency panic room. It's design and construction would make it safe and secure for your family if someone breaks into your home. It would give you valuable time to notify law enforcement as well. I realize you would already have a state of the art security system with cameras, alarms, etc. A panic room is like having additional protection in an unexpected, worse case scenario.
i'd turn the bookcase room into a meditation room, or a sound proof phone booth (for those hush hush deals) or possibly a bathroom lol. I'd definitely attend a mastermind course here, just to see the house! looking forward to more videos on the build

wine cellar/cigar room , safe room in case of break in (survival materials and safety precautions), gun room for those arms of yours brother !!!
Love the hidden door idea. I think a giant island would be more wow than a double island. IMHO, a double island look like its part of a bakery kitchen or bakery class. However, its your dream house, not mine. You do you. You guys has inspired me. Thanks.
